A C that winds into a vortex.
The mark is called Flux. It is generated from one flow field (an inward-spiralling vortex) by src/lib/vortex.mjs, so it is reproducible, byte for byte. Black, grays and white only.

The C is the band an inward spiral sweeps through. Every hairline enters at the rim and winds toward the core, brightening as it goes, like the inflow at a vortex's waist seen from above.

A canvas render of a Burgers vortex, the textbook vortex with inward spiral and axial stretching. Seen from above, the streamlines draw the C; the camera tilts and they run inward and out along the axis. The home page runs it by default and crossfades in from the static SVG, which stays for visitors without JavaScript or with reduced motion. It pauses off screen.
